Technopark phase-3 building consisting the twin towers Aanamudi & Ponmudi has bagged the ICI-UltraTech Endowment Award in the Outstanding Concrete Structure (Infrastructure Building Category). The award is given by the Indian concrete Institute(ICI) an independent institution to promote growth of concrete construction and its sub-specializations. The previous recipients of this award include ITC Grand Chola Hotel, Chennai, Delhi Noida Bridge across Yamuna &EDRC Knowledge Centre at the Headquarters Complex of L&T.
The buildings located in 27.5 acres of the Special Economic Zone of the 92 acre “Technopark phase 3 campus has a total area of 1 million square feet. It had earlier bagged the prestigious Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design gold rating from the Indian Green Building Council for energy efficiency. The award is yet another feather on Techno Park’s cap which is all set to become the biggest IT Park in the country once the Phase-3 becomes operational.
The Award will be presented at the function organized by Indian Concrete Institute and UltraTech Cement (Aditya Birla Group) as part of the Concrete Day Celebrations at Hotel Dream , Kochi.
