Srishti Innovative’s 8th Anniversary – 8 years of bringing leadership and innovation to software industry. The festivities kicked off early on the 4th with the felicitation of the mentees sponsored by Pratheksha, the corporate social responsibility arm of Srishti. 44 deserving children are given educational support under the aegis of our Akshara program. We have also revitalised Life Club and currently provide financial assistance to 7 children needing specialized healthcare.
The inaugural meeting was held at Travancore Hall, Park Centre thereafter. The guests of honour for the occasion were Mr. K.C Chandrasekharan Nair (Associate Principal Consultant at KITCO Ltd and Former CFO Technopark Trivandrum & MD & Registrar, TTBI) and Mr. M. Vasudevan, (Former Head – Business Development, Technopark).
The meeting began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by the annual report on the Company’s performance. Mr. K.C Chandrasekharan Nair congratulated the team for the tremendous growth achieved in such a short time and lauded them for their unyielding commitment to quality and integrity. He also appreciated the work done by the Pratheksha in the realm of social work.
Mr. Vasudevan applauded the team for key milestones achieved this year and for fostering a culture of excellence within the company. 2014 has been a remarkable year indeed. We were selected as one among the 50 fastest growing companies in India by Deloitte, 349th in Deloitte Fast 500 APAC and one of Red Herring Top 100 for Asia. Earlier in the year we were also chosen as the winner of Kerala Business Excellence Award in ‘SME of the Year IT’
We added two high performing IT products to our already impressive portfolio, TechTrack and Clinical Vista. TechTrack is an e-learning platform for aspiring IT professionals and students to hone their skills and earn industry recognized certification. Clinical Vista is one of its kind, mobile-enabled practice management software that allows healthcare providers to schedule appointments, access electronic health records, e-prescribe, diagnose & manage clinical practice from anywhere. Launched in March this year, Clinical Vista already has 16 clients in Kerala and Tamilnadu.
Speaking on the occasion, Krishnadas Pisharam, CEO and President, congratulated the team for their achievements. He said “At Srishti, our mission is to to use technology to enrich people’s lives, building trust with our employees, clients, stakeholders and the world at large. Considering how disruptive the software industry is at present, the growth achieved by the team is truly commendable”. Mrs Preetha Mohan, Executive Director appreciated the Customer First approach taken by the team, she said “Delivery of critical projects on-time and within budget would not be possible without the efforts and teamwork exhibited by Srishtians”. The senior management present included Mr. Vignesh Raj, Director and Mr. Rajagopal, General Manager.
The highlight of the day-long celebration was the cultural extravaganza held in the evening at Vyloppilli Samskrithi Bhavan, Nanthancode. The team mesmerized us with enthralling display of dance, music and drama. The top performers for the year were conferred with special awards for their excellent work and for their contributions to the Company. The gala dinner hosted by the company, was a joyous and fitting finalé to a wonderful evening.
