Prathidhwani, the socio cultural organization of Technopark, Trivandrum managed to rope in respected Mayor Shri V K Prashanth for ‘Meet the Mayor’, a forum which enabled a comprehensive discussion on civic issues hovering around the premises of the park that plagued the daily life necessities of the Techies.
The mayor was expectedly very vocal and offered full support to the speculations raised by the employees through their Website, Facebook and Whatsapp.
He showed full support and in addition to promising more development also spoke specifically on measures to overcome major issues such as Street Dog menace, Street light and road maintenance issues near Technopark premises, Setting up of sewage connecting lines to Muttathara and also water and traffic irregularities.
There were also talks on bringing in to place projects such as Pre-paid auto counter, a comfort station, Day care center for kids of employees. It will be help of immense help for the employees in future.
The meeting presided by Mr. Rajeev Krishnan (Gen Secretary, Prathidhwani), Mr. Raneesh (Prathidhwani) welcomed the Chief guests & Techies and Mr. Bijumon (President, Prathidhwani) handed over memento to Mayor and presented Vote of Thanks.
Technopark CEO Sri Girish Babu too took part in discussion and gave full support for all the activities. He also officially announced financial help of 2 lakhs for comfort station at Kazhakootam offered by Mayor.
