A Park with a difference

Among all the advantages one of the most defining factors of the park has been the the extremely cordial relationship shared between the men and women. Among the 50,000 employees working in the park, 50% consist of females. The park coasts along on account of healthy relationship that exists with the employees. There is no hint of Gender bias in the park where both men and women employees voluntarily associate together as a team.

It has been 3 years, since the formation of Ewit, Technopark’s organization for women. Its this particular organization that took the initiative to set up a child care hub in Technopark giving importance to the children of the Park’s employees. This centre is a major relief for the employees as the safety for their children are ensured.

Technopark differs from other workplaces chiefly on account of the camaraderie the employees share with each other. There is nothing the employees hold back from each other and they team up and ensure that the affairs are conducted smoothly in the utmost professional manner.

There is a great emotional bonding that exists between the employees that even a long and tiring day fails to have any effect on them. It enables them to tide through the difficult situations and face challenges with a smile.

Behind each of its successful organizatioSn are happy and determined individuals who have mastered the art of multi tasking.
